Meklink stands behind the engineering, the leather, and the stitching. Three coverage tiers, all honoured from your order date.

Mechanism — 2 years

The ratchet lock is covered against any manufacturing defect for two years. If it stops clicking, releases on its own, or fails to grip the strap, we replace the buckle free. No proof of purchase needed beyond your order number.

Stitching — 1 year

If a stitch line unravels under normal daily wear within twelve months, we repair or replace the belt free. “Normal daily wear” means daily use without abrasion against rough surfaces, hooks, or sharp tools.

What is not covered

Leather wear and patina. Full-grain develops character — that is the point. Scratches, softening, and colour shift are intentional, not defects.
Damage from accidents, prolonged water exposure, chemical solvents, or aftermarket modification.
Strap length issues from incorrect cutting at home — measure twice, cut once.

How to file a claim

Email info@meklink.net with your order number, two clear photos of the issue, and a sentence on what happened. We respond within 48 hours.
